Bill Brasky once locked an elderly couple in the conference room for 8 hours without food or water and wouldn't let them out until they agreed to buy a fully loaded Avalon for 25% over invoice with window etching and fabric protector. When their kids showed up to complain, they wound up going home with two black eyes and two new RAV4s.
